Description
The role of Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Strategic Sourcing plans
- Identifying potential suppliers and developing long-term relationships
- Driving negotiation processes to ensure optimal pricing and terms
- Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of sourcing strategies
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure supply
- Managing risk within the supply chain
- Continually identifying opportunities for cost and process improvements
Profile
A successful Strategic Sourcing Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
