About the Role:
Key tasks of the role will include:
- Working with People Data: Analysing people data from various systems to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the HR function, across the workforce, and throughout the Council.
- Problem Solving on Systems and Reporting: Demonstrating innovation in applying analytical skills to streamline HR processes. This includes developing dashboards.
- Building Relationships: Working with different stakeholders in the HR function, Finance, Payroll, Oracle Support Team, senior management, and external stakeholders.
About the Team:
The HR data team is responsible for statutory and other returns on our people management metrics. In the past year we have produced the annual workforce report, pay gap reporting, PowerBI dashboards and models, Oracle reports and various returns to the Office of National Statistics and other organisation. This work allows the council to understand our people - our most important assets - and ensure we have the people resources to deliver the council’s 2030 vision and One Lambeth Programme.
The team sits within the wider Human Resources and Organisational Development division and there will be changes to the team over the coming months which will provide further opportunities for candidates within the team.
