SalaryThe group encompasses a range of financial market services, including derivatives, asset securitization, real estate finance and leverage finance. The group boast more than $1 trillion in financing transactions in the last five years, including precedent setting financing's, for global financial institutions, issuers, borrowers, funds, asset managers and FinTech companies.
The need for hire comes from the arrival of a partner from another Large U.S. firm, which is part of a wider growth strategy for the financial markets team, and they have immediate need for Junior candidate with experience in any of the sub groups.
What our client is looking for:
- NQ - 3 Years PQE
- Experience in Structured Finance (e.g. Derivatives, Asset Securitization, Real Estate Finance, Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets.)
- Strong Academics
- Experience at a similar large law firm
