Student Experience Team Member (Roamer)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £23,965 - £25,410 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Student Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the roaming Student Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What you`ll be doing as a Student Experience Team Member (Roamer):

• Providing a welcoming front of house service
• Maintaining a safe environment for everyone
• Keeping a clean, tidy and well-maintained environment and never walking past a mess without doing something about it
• Planning and running events for our students

• A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
• An excellent communicator; as a Student Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
