Job Overview: University College Birmingham has an exciting opportunity to join the Student Records team as a Student Records Assistant. The Student Records team are a small but vital part of UCB and the student experience. You will be a part of the student journey from the very beginning of enrolment through to the end as they graduate. You will be involved in enrolment, dealing with changes in status of students whilst they are with us, progressing them through the levels and updating their records to show qualification awarded. The team also support students with various queries whilst they are here and before they enrol, giving advice on tuition fees, where necessary.
