Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Studio Coordinator. Your main responsibility would be to manage the office and support the teams. You will be the primary administrative role, alongside two finance team members.
This is an entirely office-based position, and as the only administrative staff member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. There is never a dull moment at this company, and you will be joining a fun team who value positive energy and a can-do attitude, a real self-starter. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Arranging travel for the company's employees, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Managing HR issues such as holiday and sick days for the company's employees.
- Overseeing expenses for the company, including tracking receipts, reconciling invoices, and ensuring that all expenses are properly documented and approved. This will require you to work closely with the company's accounting department to ensure that all expenses are accurate and accounted for.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the company's office, including answering phones, managing the company's schedule, and ensuring that the office is well-maintained and organised.
- Coordinating projects for the company, including liaising with clients, managing timelines and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate events for the company, including client meetings, product launches, and other special events.
