SalaryA very exciting global and growing entertainment company are looking for a top-rate, fast-paced EA to support the Head of their Investment Team. The company’s range of interests is far-reaching, from international screened and arena events, exhibitions, music and stage productions. The company is backed by famous names in the industry and is soon to become a household name.
This is an exceptionally exciting time to join the company as there are many news projects in the pipeline and they are constantly working on new ideas through a variety of media.
This role has an element of hybrid working, supporting the Head of Investment, a hugely busy individual you will need to have strong experience with international and multi-stop travel, back-to-back diary across time zones and be used to preparing detailed and accurate itineraries, as well as all the associated logistics.
The role will also involve event organisation and management including investor relations road shows.
This is a project-heavy role, very fast-paced and exacting but the rewards are great, and the company is very exciting indeed.
I am looking for a creative-minded, agile and dedicated EA who would love to work in such a dynamic company and has experience working in the financial sector, ideally private equity.
You will need to be on top of your game, a team player and with excellent verbal and written grammar, a second language would also be a plus.
