Role: Success Factor Consultant
Outside IR35 Contract
Contract Duration: 3 months
Location: Peterborough, UK
Work Model : 2.5 days hybrid
Role: Functional/Techno-functional
Role Objectives: -
To work alongside the Head of SuccessFactors Centre of Excellence, IS Teams, programme management and HR teams to:
Audit and review the current configuration and advise if the full potential of the system is being achieved, propose solutions for improving HR processes.
Oversee and audit the SAP release management to ensure the system updates are not impacting the current configuration negatively.
Training and developing the skills of the HRIS Department and current HR business users.
Overseeing the change control for SuccessFactors ensuring the quality process is followed including UAT testing.
Oversee the addition of additional business units to the SuccessFactors environment.
Co-ordinate handover from solution suppliers to support services into business-as-usual operation.
Responsible for maintaining the security standards for the SuccessFactors application.
Maintaining the data accuracy in terms of Position Management and Analytics.
Maintaining the SuccessFactors compliant with current GDPR legislation.
Working knowledge of IAS, IPS, BTP and CPI
Job Responsibilities: -
Configuration experience for cloud based SuccessFactors to include Roles Based Permissions, Workflows, Reporting, Data Imports and Pick Lists in the following modules:
EC,EC Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, OpenText, LMS, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, People Stories
Experience of being part of the team implementing and delivering People projects
Experience of business requirements specifications and determining design options for Global HRIS, Recruitment or payroll
Knowledge of IAS, IPS, BTP and CPI
Knowledge of Qualtrics, ServiceNOW, E-Ploy
Variety of industry experience either directly or in consulting capacity (HR and learning management experience will be advantageous)
