Grade UE03: £21,978 to £22,681 per annum, pro rata + 15% premium band for flexible working (A revised salary range for this grade of £22,214 to £24,248 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024).

CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events.

Fixed Term Contract – Temporary - 27th May to 17th September.

Part Time & Full Time - 21–35 hours per week (flexible working hours will be required).

The Business Development team are looking for experienced Summer Reception Assistants who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards of customer service.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Reception Assistant to help our teams deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service.

The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.
