NonStop's client, based in the Lancashire area, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to work with a non profit organisation that are dedicating to putting children's well-being at the core of what they do. Working for an agency that is not profit oriented will ensures you will have greater job satisfaction knowing you will be working with a team that really emphasises making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Along with this, the role is mostly home-based with only one day in the office a week for meetings. This allows you the opportunity to manage your own diary and create a schedule that suits your needs, giving you more flexibility and work life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with foster carers
- Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
- One assessment
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- A driver
- Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
- Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
