- Develop and implement Supplier Management strategies
- Lead on strategic procurement projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Identify and manage risks within the supply chain
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies
Profile
A successful Supplier Management Lead should have:
- Proven experience in Supplier Management and procurement
- Experience managing key relationships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
