Supply And Demand Manager

The Supply and Demand Manager will ensure that the company's procurement and supply chain processes are optimised, and that the retail store's inventory is always stocked with the right quantity of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting product demand, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing inventory management.

Description

A successful Supply and Demand Manager will be responsible for;

• Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Oversee the procurement and supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective inventory management.
• Work closely with the retail team to understand product needs.
• Generate reports on Supply and Demand trends.
• Handle any supply chain issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

• An educational qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a retail procurement and supply chain role.
• Excellent skills in forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• This role will be based in Nailsea, Bristol and is office based Monday to Friday

Job Offer
