SalaryWe are currently working on a Supply Chain Coordinator role for an established and growing company based in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent, fully office-based position working 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday and offering a competitive salary.

The role:
- Accurately receive and process orders
- Investigate and deal with order fulfilment issues and delivery discrepancies
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated on their order
- Process invoices and resolving queries
- Raise credit notes when required
- Liaise and coordinate with third-party logistic organisations
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed efficiently and are adhered too as per customer requirements
- Accurately inputting data onto relevant company systems
- Reporting and production of month-end stock reconciliation
You:
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
- Works well under pressure in a busy environment
- Handle multiple tasks at one time to meet tight deadlines
- A good team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative
- Experience of using MS Excel
- Highly organised with good planning skills
- Computer literate and can pick up new systems quickly
