We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator wanting to work for a growing and well established company in the West Midlands. We are looking for somebody who enjoys analysing data and is a natural problem solver!

The Role
- Salary £30,000 - £32,000
8AM - 17.00 PM Mon - Thurs (30 minutes lunch)/ 8AM- 14.30PM Friday
- 23 days holiday including Christmas Shutdown, increasing to 25 days with length of service

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of goods from all of our European suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting and calculating stock requirements, considering current trends, anticipated demand, priority and lead time
- Raising purchase orders on our ERP system, processing with the suppliers and progress chasing through to receipt of goods
- Checking order acknowledgements; resolving pricing and delivery date discrepancies with suppliers
- Arranging and co-ordinating all European supplier deliveries and collections, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely arrival
- Liaising with our forwarding agents, processing import documentation in line with specified trading terms to ensure accuracy and smooth delivery
- Maintaining stock arrival due dates on the ERP system, to give visibility of up to date status information to internal stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining key data as necessary
- Providing assistance to the Supply Manager as required
About you?
- Have experience in a Supply Chain coordination role or similar
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Experience forecasting / planning advantageous
- Experience ordering stock is essential
- Experience dealing with international suppliers
- Strong numeracy skills
- You must have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong administrative experience
- Well organised, self-motivated and work well under pressure
- Experience of working with ERP systems desirable
