Supply Chain Coordinator
Award winning Facilities Management Materials Supplier in Rotherhithe, SE London, is looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Coordinator to assist with a wide range of duties including placing and following up purchase orders, receiving incoming deliveries, picking and packing goods for despatch, printing delivery notes and associated documents, organising delivery schedules, booking courier collections, together with other administrative and manual tasks as required. The role is full time and will support all areas of our sales and purchasing team.

- the ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels;
Duties & Responsibilities are:
- use our web based ERM package to raise, email and manage Purchase Orders, including progressing, updating systems and GRNing goods;
- liaising with staff members to organise dispatching of Sales Orders, including generation of paperwork, packaging the goods and arranging suitable dispatch methods;
- filing and control of historical purchase related paper documentation;
- control and management of WEEE recycling systems and processes, including reporting to Environment Agency;
- recording & evaluating use of different courier methods & companies to achieve best practice; and
- liaising with the finance team & external suppliers over all invoice queries
