Bowmay Consulting has been assigned exclusively again to work with our client to recruit their new Supply Chain Manager, this is an impressive business with a distinctive global presence. You will be responsible for the management of the total Supply Chain, from purchasing raw materials to delivering manufactured goods to the customers as well as the management of the departments team.

About You

• You will have up to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Ideally, you will be proficient in SAP and excel.
• With exceptional skills within planning and procurement, you will be able to evaluate trends and developments to sustain the best Supply Chain.
• With natural leadership and management skills, you will be able to make concise decisions independently and delegate and multitask efficiently.
• You will have worked to ISO9001 standards.
• As a confident and competent team player you will have a hands-on approach to projects with a keen eye for detail when it comes to problem solving.

About The Job

• You will play a key role in the total Supply Chain, from purchasing to delivering to customers, ensuring that the best decisions are made regarding planning and buying.
• As Supply Chain Manager, you will develop strategies, negotiate and maintain supplier relationships, as well as ensuring customer needs are consistently met.
• With a keen eye for detail, you will consistently keep account of performance, stocktake and lead times to maintain production flow.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to a highly motivated team and ensure continued development and coaching.
• You will be required to take part in minimal travel (4-5 times a year) when necessary.
