Job Description
- Oversee and enhance procurement and Supply Chain processes
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor supplier performance and build strong relationships
- Manage and mitigate Supply Chain risks
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Forecast demand and manage inventory accordingly
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of procurement and Supply Chain processes in the FMCG industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Supply Chain software and tools
