Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a Training and Admin apport dministrator o join a large organization based in Coventry, this is a temp to perm role for the right cnadidate and we have immediate starts
Reporting to: Training, Learning & Development Manager
Base: Coventry Office
Salary: £25k / £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm, Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm (totalling 35
hours per week)
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Training
• Training coordination and administration including course bookings, content, and promotion of training courses
• Maintain accurate records of regional training attendance including companies, training courses, add to the Customer Relationship Management System
• Collate training enquiries centrally and channel out to Regional Manager’s based on their region or supplier engagement executive as required, whilst keeping an overall record
• Liaise with tutors for their availability and maintain a shared calendar for visibility and liaise with external venues for room hire and lunches for regional courses
• The co-ordination of relevant courses. This includes maintaining accurate records of delegates venues, dates, and delegate results
• The first point of contact for all training enquiries and complaints for both members, trainers, and Regional Managers
• Produce printed training materials for trainers as requested and arrange delivery of printing
• Produce certificates for courses as required and for all CPD accredited courses
• Work with all Regional Managers to organise, coordinate and promote training courses at Head Office and all Regional Centres of Excellence
Admin & Forum Support
• Provide admin support to the Regional Managers and any other business specific need as directed
• Assist with any related campaigns
• Create name badges, desk tent cards and other materials as requested for training, forums or meetings
• Assist with booking, organising, and overseeing forums throughout the year.
• Working with the forum owners, assist with the booking of dates, speakers and organising presentation.
• Working with the forum owner, arrange venue or Zoom meeting
• Keep up to date record of attendees for the forums
• Create and distribute questionnaires/feedback surveys for forums
• Arrange Zoom meetings for forums and regional meetings.
• On occasion, manage the Zoom meeting on behalf of the host
• Any other duties as and when required.
Skills and Experience
• High grade GSCE including English and Maths
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to travel and attend events around the UK
• Have similar experience in working for a training company/provider
• Be competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to communicate with people at all levels by phone, e mail and in person
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to be flexible and help in a small team
Desirable
• It is likely that the successful candidate will live in easy commuting distance of our Coventry Head Office
• Hold a current driving licence
• General understanding of the building sector.
Other Information
• Your primary place of work will be at the Coventrys Head Office
• Occasional attendance at other venues, with very occasional overnight stays, may also be required.
• Some hybrid working (maximum 1 day per week) may be possible in agreement with the Line Manager after completion of an initial induction period
