SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with a prestigious not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham, who is currently wishing to extend their team of attentive staff by recruiting a Life Coach on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately and can be considered on full-time basis. The salary for this role is £31,256.74 per annum. The ideal candidate for this role will have access to a vehicle and an Enhanced DBS dated within 3 years (but this not essential).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Being responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team – conducting appraisals and monitoring performance
Delivering an efficient housing management service to tenants with complex needs within a hostel setting
Managing the recruitment and induction of new team members
Carrying out quality audits and report findings to management, and making any recommendations for service improvements
Producing appropriate written reports in a variety of formats
Representing the association at agreed external meetings and report back to staff and Management
Maintaining an efficient service through effective budget monitoring, cost control, and maintain high occupancy levels
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience managing staff
