Position Overview:
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised support and guidance to children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Your primary responsibility will involve building relationships, offering tailored emotional support, and empowering these children to navigate their circumstances positively. Term-time hours are evenings 4pm-8pm and weekends 10am-4pm. While school holidays offer flexible scheduling between Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage closely with children, establishing supportive and trusting relationships that consider their unique needs.
· Provide personalised and practical support to address challenges associated with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
· Organise and facilitate activities tailored to their interests and capabilities, promoting social interaction and personal development.
· Maintain accurate records and reports documenting children's development and the interventions provided.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Genuine passion and experience in working with children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with children and their families, understanding and responding to their unique needs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A valid driver's license, have access to a car and willing to get business insurance.
