Support is provided to residents weekly (not physical/personal care) which includes supporting tenants with achieving goals set, supporting residents with benefits, telephone calls to residents, completing assessments and relevant paperwork, assessing referrals, liaising with organisations and more.
We would ideally prefer an individual with relevant knowledge and experience within the care sector, however we shall be providing training to ensure successful candidates are confident with their workload when they start.
It is also ideally preferred for individuals applying to have relevant qualifications/education within this sector. However, we will also support successful applicants with enrolling onto and completing relevant courses.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Interacting with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of first aid and standard emergency procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of building safety features and maintenance procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced environment
