We are currently looking to expand our team of Support Workers!
Hayley Care showcases the importance of a well-rounded approach in promoting comprehensive development for children. It goes beyond meeting their physical needs, encompassing psychological and emotional aspects.
We provide support to young people from 13 - 18 years old, with a focus on nurturing, love, guidance, discipline, and protection. We incorporate independent living skills looking at preparation for adult life for the young people within the leaving care provision looking at these independent living skills.

What will be expected from you as a Support Worker?
- An excellent understanding of safeguarding
- An ability to articulate and ensure comprehensive record keeping
- Preferred - Previous experience within an OFSTED regulated residential setting
- Preferred - NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young people
- Preferred - Driver with full UK driving licence

*You will be required to complete sleep-ins within your rotated shift pattern, if you require more information on this it will be discussed at interview.
