Support Worker

*Green Light supports people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. In addition, they have experience of supporting people with Down’s Syndrome and Prader Willi Syndrome who needed a similarly structured approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality regarding privileged information
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of individuals with complex needs
• Previous experience (Desirable but not essential)
