Fresh People are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for our client in Fresh Produce based in Maidstone in Kent . In this role you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team and the rest of the business, packhouse admin, finance team and procurement with administrative support across all companies within the Group and 3rd Party packing customers

The Person

Suitable applicants would have previous experience working within a Sales Administrator role preferably within Fresh Produce or FMCG and would be available for an immediate start . The role would be working Monday – Friday 8-5pm and every 3rd week work 2 half days from home at the weekend and get 2 half days back in week 4 .

The Role requirements

• Ensuring all controls and processes are adhered to
• Keep all pricing detail & schedules up to date including intercompany transaction sheet, PO, and customer own portals
• Management of orders ensuring all are covered, including extra orders, covering planned shortages
• Management of unexpected shortages and rejections- communicating with customers, direct suppliers, transport companies etc.
• Upload sales orders are ensure invoiced in Key Prime
• KPI reporting against service level
• Monitoring of sales volumes against pre-seasonal and weekly customer forecasts, updating stock sheets
• Maintenance of order sheets, intercompany transaction sheets, service level- to reflect price and range changes
• Managing intercompany sales on Key Prime, making sure all transfers are recorded, priced and invoiced
• Checking and sending all uploaded files
• Supporting 3rd party packing customers with Retailer relationships
• Providing support to the Sales team
• Cover for Supply Chain Administrator and other team members where necessary

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
