Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to children with SEN, either individually or in small groups.
Implement strategies to manage behavior effectively and create a conducive learning environment.
Assist children in developing essential skills and achieving their educational and personal goals.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.
Be willing to travel off-site to engage in intervention activities as required.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN and managing challenging behaviors is essential.
Possession of a valid driving license with business insurance is mandatory for outreach purposes.
A DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check is required.
Qualified teachers are encouraged to apply, along with individuals who have relevant experience in SEN support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
