This is an incredibly exciting, new opportunity for someone with has at least 6+ months experience within a UK Healthcare setting to make a difference to our clients and their family’s lives. You will be part of an amazing workforce supporting an individual with learning disabilities.

Panisade are taking on a new package in the NG5 area, this will consist of day shifts and night shifts!

In order to be eligible for this role, you must have 6+ months experience working within a healthcare setting in the UK. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Encouraging, assisting, or providing personal care to promote hygiene

- Accurate record keeping & meeting individual’s needs

- Planning and taking part in activities with the client

- Assisting or supporting with medication

- Communicating with relevant people and following the programmes in place to ensure all needs are met

- Meal preparation and assistance

- Create positive relationships with the individuals, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a Healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and caring attitude towards the individual

Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
