Support Worker - Driver

We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients homes based in Oswestry and surrounding areas.
When you'll be working:
Day time shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
up to 11.5 hours per day
Full Time available (38+ hours per week)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support four clients with a spinal cord injury, physical disabilities and learning disabilities in their own homes. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and social support.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
