Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage a small caseload of low level homelessness across 2 properties.
- Work in partnership with the local authority to manage referrals into the service.
- Support service users with their finances, supporting with budgeting, welfare claims, and utilities.
- Manage the waiting list for accommodation and establish priority applicants for accommodation.
- Work across a multi-disciplinary framework, liaising with teams such as local authorities, job centre, GP’s.
- Support to liaise with the local authority to complete housing applications.
- Carry out building compliance checks such as health and safety, water, and fire.
