Day-to-day of the role:

• Promote independence among service users by providing support and encouragement.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all service users.
• Ensure the wellbeing of service users by being attentive to their physical and emotional needs.
• Plan and facilitate day activities that are enriching and enjoyable.
• Maintain a professional and positive character when interacting with all service workers and users.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect, tailored to the needs of each individual.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• At least 6 months of care or support work experience in the UK.
• Valid Mandatory training completed within the last 12 months.
• A compassionate nature and a passion for providing support to people.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and time management abilities.
• Patience and a good listening ear to understand and meet the needs of service users.
• Commitment to providing the best care while upholding the values and beliefs of both agencies.
