What support will you be providing?
  • We provide personalised 1-1 support which leads to positive outcomes for the People We Support. We act has enablers to promote independence and ownership of the life and future the People We Support deserve.
  • We provide personal care as part of the support that people may need to live in their own home. 
  • We also provide emotional /physical support for people that have their own tenancy and responsibility for paying bills and managing the cost of daily living.
 Who will you be supporting?
  • We provide a service to people with different levels of support needs ranging from low to high dependency, Autism, mobility issues and learning disabilities.

  • The people we support enjoy swimming, going to the gym, horse riding, lunch clubs, visiting day services, going to our local shops and pubs.  We have a bus stop outside with easy access to community amenities.

 
Other information?
  • We are a valued members of the community and have been for over 40 years at Cottam Road, we access a wide range of activities in the community.  
  • We demonstrate respect, trust, optimism and loyalty and a person centred approach which allows the People We Support to live the best lives possible.

  • There is always a core staff team in each house at any point of the day.  During the day we have six members of staff on shift, two in each hours and at night we have two members of staff on shift.

  • We will provide training for staff in moving and positioning, administration of medication, safeguarding and fire and food safety.
