At our Angus CLP service, we support vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible across Forfar, Arbroath, Montrose and Letham.  Some of the individuals we support have their own flats, some live in sheltered accommodation and some live at home with their parents but our goal is still the same; to support these individuals to live the best lives possible.  

We provide a wide range of support in this area, including providing social support, going to the pub or Sparkles disco, surfing the internet, playing games, meeting up with our friends, listening to music, baking and enjoying our local area.  The people we support are always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and may provide support with:

Medication administration
Cooking and home maintenance
Social support and support to achieve personal goals
Managing the finances of the people we support

Our team provide day support only, but we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns from Monday-Sunday.
 
We are currently recruiting for 2 x 20-hour posts and applicants must hold a full UK driving license.
