We are looking to recruit passionate Support Workers to join our amazing team in our Supported Living Service in Amesbury. We have a permanent full time (37.5 hours per week) and a permanent part time role available. Drivers would be preferred but not essential.
Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. There is a sleep in at the service and you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of GBP62.45 for any sleep in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep ins is non–contractual.
About the Service
This is a 24 hour supported living service where we support two brothers who have autism. They have their own car which they use daily to take them out and about locally and for days out. They really love stopping for cups of tea at various cafes and shopping in charity shops. They both have a great sense of humour and like to have people around them who will share their jokes and have fun.
What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
