Support Worker

Moorville offers specialist residential care for adults with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, learning disabilities and other complex needs. We are dedicated to maintaining a nurturing, family-style atmosphere where our service users are given the support, encouragement and opportunities they need to develop confidence as well as their social, communication and independent living skills.

Moorville is looking to recruit people who share our values, with a dedication to delivering high quality care and a passion for supporting people to achieve their best possible outcomes. Previous experience in care is not essential.

Motivated individuals are encouraged and supported to engage in further training and there is a clear pathway for career progression at Moorville.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
