Full Time Support Worker opportunities available at Community Places - Supporting 18–65-year-olds within a Residential setting.
Looking for an opportunity to work full time hours over just 3 days per week with alternate weekends off or opportunity to work on nights working 4 nights on then 4 nights off. Our contracts offer work life balance and the opportunity to be a valued member of our friendly, professional, and dedicated staff team.

The people who reside at our homes have varying needs such as learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and associated behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker with Community Places your role will include promoting bespoke, person-centred care which aims to support people to develop increasing levels of independence.
You will complete mandatory and tailored training to meet the needs of each individual. In addition to the mandatory training, you will have the opportunity to progress and develop with the support of our in-house training team. We are committed to ensuring that our staff members are trained to a high standard and can progress within the company to more senior positions.
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same.
