Please note we are only taking full-time Support Workers with experience in a similar role in the UK
The shifts will be from Monday- Sunday, one week 3 long shifts per week, next one 4 long shifts per week over rota

About you:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Willingness to learn.
- You must be currently resident in the UK
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You must be friendly and well-organised with an excellent work ethic.
What are your duties as a Support Worker:
- Support people in their mental and physical well-being, and report any concerns to the management team.
- To provide efficient and effective cleaning support in accordance with the required standards
- Work within set targets and manage time effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
- Attend on-going supervision, support and training as laid out by the organisation and in accordance with establish psychological informed environment framework.
