Job Description
Contributing towards meeting the physical, personnel, emotional, social, cultural, religious, and educational/employment needs of the individual clients. Providing consistent working practices in line with agreed care plans and risk assessments
The role will require the successful candidates to support individuals in performing their daily activities including leisure pursuits, shopping, cooking etc.

Person Specification
- Successful candidates must be flexible as this is a 24/7 service
- Candidates must have a passion for caring and possess a calm and patient nature.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently is vital for this role
- Knowledge about Autism awareness
- Applicants must be available to do at least 1 sleep per week
Duties will include:
- Contributing towards meeting the physical, personnel, emotional, social, cultural, religious, and educational/employment needs of the individual clients. Providing consistent working practices in line with agreed care plans and risk assessments.
- The role will require the successful candidates to support individuals in performing their daily activities including leisure pursuits, shopping, cooking etc.
- This is a very rewarding role and would be ideal for individuals who want to make a difference.
- Full training will be given prior to starting
- Monitoring progress and recording notes on daily record sheets relating to each visit
- To empathise and actively listen in a sensitive manner accessing appropriate additional support where necessary
- To support Service Users to access appropriate health care provision enabling them to make an informed choice regarding any prescribed treatment, seeking advice where necessary
Immediate starts for applicants with a transferable DBS once all training is completed.
Successful candidates will be subject to a enhanced DBS and reference check.
