We are recruiting for our 'Brand New' service 'Opening March 2024' located in Coalville Leicestershire.
We are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers who will ensure The People That We Support live their best life possible.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

The service comprises of 15 flats.
The people that we support require different levels of support, which could be anything from a Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Challenging Behavior or Autism. One thing you will all have in common is caring nature, bags of enthusiasm, patience, and fun, putting the needs of the people we support at the forefront of all you do. Be prepared to go the extra mile!
The people that we support will have a wide range of hobbies and interests. We try and match yours to theirs to ensure that they are living their best life possible enjoying the things they love to do together.

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
