Support Worker Bedford 40 hour week Day and Night Shifts GBP24,400 per annum

Implementation of Care Quality Commission CQC regulations to the highest standardsAdherence to policies and proceduresCreating a safe and supportive environment for young adultsActing as a positive role modelConducting assessments of needs for each young adultMaintaining detailed records and reports for care plansContributing to domestic duties and ensuring high standards of cleanlinessMeeting the rights and needs of young adults in all aspectsPromoting and maintaining positive anti-discrimination practicesActive participation in staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training sessionsDemonstration of good practice in all areas of work What can you expect in return?
