Cranmead is an Ofsted regulated Supported Accommodation provider that supports Young People in care to achieve their full potential. We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Worthing , working with 16-17-year-olds and using trauma-informed practices.
As a Support Worker at Cranmead, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to keep our Young People safe and get the best results for them. We will support you through an induction process and offer bespoke, focused training to ensure your success in this role. In addition, you will have the opportunity for career progression and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Have good IT, literacy and numerical skills
- Support people creatively and with compassion
- Work efficiently and accurately under pressure, even in challenging situations.
Full-time, part-time, and flexible positions are available, plus overtime, night shifts and sleep ins.
