Job Summary

Kaydar is committed to providing quality services for people with learning disabilities and providing quality care. The role of a Kaydar Support Worker/Carer is to work as part of the Kaydar Team, meeting the needs of individual customers and promoting quality care by adhering to all relevant legislative requirements relating to Social Care . At present we have 2 vacancies for day/evening/weekend work. Previous applicants can apply.

Qualifications and Skills

* NVQ or Diploma in health and social care

* Full, clean driving license - prepared to drive company vehicle/s

* Commitment to Personal Development

* Experience in the care sector, particularly learning disabilities field.

* Good communication skills, including report writing.
