Roberts Care are recruiting for a Support Worker's to support our service users who live within the Renfrewshire Area. This is a lone working role, so we're looking for experienced individuals who are confident and strives to make a difference in our community and the lives of our service users, Although this is a loan working role here at Roberts Care we work as a team to provide a high standard of care and support to All our service users.
We support our service users within the Renfrew and Paisley Area to be as independent as possible within their own homes. Our service users are living with all different aspects of health needs from Dementia, Autism, Learning Difficulties so its vital that our support workers recognise the different needs of our service users and help to support the outcomes and choices our service users want to achieve. We support service users to feel included in the community environment whilst attending outings Parks, lunch or even attending College.
Our Support workers will be responsible for following the SSSC codes of practice and strive to ensure our clients are safe and feel support to make their own decisions , routine and structure are very important within this role.
UK driving license is required for this role.
