£26,077 per annum 

Full Time – 36.5 hours per week

This role is knows internally as a "Life24 Advisor"

As a Life24 Advisor, you'll build lasting relationships with customers, providing housing-related support through signposting and referrals. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing unwavering support to customers of our Grand Union Life24 Service, empowering them to maintain an independent and fulfilling lifestyle within the comfort of their homes. 

What you’ll be doing  

• Building rapport and assisting in independent living 

• Offering housing-related support through referrals 

• Participating in the Out Of Hours Rota 

• Collaborating with a diverse team of advisors 

• Using Microsoft applications and technology-enabled care systems 

• -Addressing social isolation and supporting vulnerable individuals 

To excel in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate… 

• Empathy, compassion, and resilience 

• Flexible and effective communication skills 

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team 

• Confidence using IT systems for accurate record-keeping 

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail 

• Knowledge of GDPR and customer confidentiality 

• Planning and organising skills with minimal supervision 

• Dynamic and flexible approach to working 

As part of the customer-critical emergency Out of Hours service element of this role, you must be comfortable with driving to sites at all hours of the day (within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.) 

While experience with technology-enabled care is desirable, it's not essential – as long as you’re adaptable, willing to learn and committed to making a positive impact, we can teach you the rest!

A full driving license is essential for this role.
