A new position has arisen with a national, award-winning care provider, to manage 3 Supported Living services in the Brentwood & Billericay area of Essex.
You will have a passion for care, and making a real difference to people's lives. Your experience will include supervising teams, setting rotas and ensuring the people you support receive the best possible levels of care.
There is a stable, motivated staff team in place, and also a supportive and hands-on area manager. So you might be an experienced Service Manager looking to make a difference in a new setting, or applications are welcomed from experienced Deputy Managers or Team Leaders who feel they are ready for the next step in their career.
This will be highly rewarding, as well as you receiving a structured, personalised training plan, you will be making a real difference to the adults you are supporting who are living with complex care needs and learning disabilities. Your efforts will ensure they have as much independence as possible.
There are sensible levels of investment in resources, staffing, training and quality, fit-for-purpose properties. They have a range of homes, ranging from small single-occupancy or shared houses through to brand new apartment complexes, all of which offer excellent facilities and first-rate standards in terms of care, support and allowing their clients to live as independently as possible.
There is a talented senior management team in place which ensures you will have support, mentoring and opportunities for personal and professional development. This also leads to a realistic chance for progression to registered manager/regional management and beyond.
