Job description

Here at Trust Hire Recruitment we are recruiting for a Supported Living Manager in the heart of Bromley.
This position is providing the highest standard of care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
In this influential role, the successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support. The focus is on enhancing the quality of life for residents, fostering an environment that promotes independence, dignity, and personal growth.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a robust understanding of the complexities associated with learning disabilities and autism, coupled with a proven track record of managing services that cater to individuals with challenging behaviours. A commitment to person–centred care is paramount, as is the ability to tailor support plans to the unique needs of each resident.
Key responsibilities include:
– Leading and inspiring a team to provide outstanding support
– Have a very good understanding of running service which provides are and support to people diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and autism
– Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
– Budget management and oversight of financial performance
– Developing strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies
– Continuous improvement of service quality
The ideal person for this Supported Living Manager position will have these essential skills and experience:
– A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar management role within the care sector
– A thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing Supported Living services
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills
– Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
– A relevant professional qualification in health or social care
