About you:
- A level 5 qualification in a related field or equivalent experience is required
- Previous experience in a leadership role within Supported Living or a similar setting
- Knowledge of disability services and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Able to develop person- centred support plans
- Strong leadership skills and able to guide, mentor, and motivate their team to achieve excellence in delivery of support
- Understand the challenges of learning disabilities
What s on offer:
- Full time role 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible working hours dependent on the needs of the service
- Salary: GBP31,376 p.a.
- 22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays; additional annual leave for 3, 4 and 5 years continuous service
