Key responsibilities
- Managing the programme of work and performance evaluation of Arco teams in relation to sustainability
- Providing the essential 'glue' of information and data to help us evaluate and demonstrate our progress
- Dealing with and responding directly to customers who are tracking their own sustainability performance
- Developing and monitoring sustainability standards in our supply chain and ensuring that suppliers are working towards shared sustainability aims

The ideal Sustainability Apprentice will be/have:
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
- Minimum 3 A levels or equivalent
- A passion for sustainability
- Exceptional communication skills, adept in both written and verbal expression.
- Proficient IT skills encompassing mastery of Microsoft Office programs.
- Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring precision in every task.
- Highly effective organizational skills, managing tasks seamlessly and efficiently.
- Adept problem-solving skills, approaching challenges with a strategic mindset
