We will take your current skillset or trade, and apply it to our training programme which will upskill you in the world of ROV Tooling. At the end of the programme, you will be a fully-fledged Offshore Technician!

Joining Ashtead Technology as an Offshore Technician in the ROV Tooling Team will provide you with a platform to gain practical experience, develop your skills, and explore career opportunities in the company, beyond this programme.

We will provide training for you to become a confident and competent Offshore ROV Tooling Technician

What will your traineeship look like?
You will start in our Tooling Workshop, gaining experience on our vast array of offshore ROV Tooling equipment.
After developing competencies in ROV Tooling equipment, you will attend vessel mobilisations, followed by completing your offshore survival training, and then finally attending offshore trips with fellow technicians, until you are confident that you are ready to attend those trips solo.
When you’ve completed all of the above, you will be a relied upon member of the ROV Tooling team and a representative of Ashtead Technology, providing superior customer service to our clients.
