SalaryMy client is seeking a highly impressive and professional Property Manager for their extensive and impressive international Property Portfolio. If you have a minimum of 5+ years working in the Property industry this could be the role for you. Based in a Private Family Office in Mayfair, you will work closely with the Property Director in the smooth running of this Principal’s extensive Property Portfolio.
From managing the property maintenance – liaising with contractors, organising repairs and managing renovations – liaising with tenants, guests and agents to carrying out inspections, managing accounts and suppliers to supporting the Property Director no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to visit all the properties in this portfolio, develop relationships with the tenants and work closely with the Principal in ensuring all properties are maximised and in good working order.
They are looking for experienced, bright, professional individuals to join the team. Strong academics are a non-negotiable - preference in degree's in Property but open to relevant property experience.
