What You'll Do:
- Lead the Syndicate arm of the capital submissions and oversee Igloo Capital Model development.
- Shape high-quality outputs communicated effectively to key stakeholders.
- Spearhead major model changes resulting from M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure rigorous project management for regulatory submissions.
- Design and maintain internal models, focusing on reserve risk.
- Make strategic recommendations for optimal financing and investment structures.
- Manage a small team
