Job Summary
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and sponsors to fulfill event requirements.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets.
- Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, email, advertising, and public relations, to reach target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize future efforts.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and events.
- Uphold brand standards and guidelines in all communications and interactions.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop brand assets and Marketing collateral.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to understand their objectives and incorporate them into event and Marketing plans.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance collaboration and support.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Use data analytics and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and event planning decisions.
- Project Management:
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Events and Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate tasks and resources effectively to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.

Pay: £39,000.00 per year
